A 16 piece Portmeirion mid 1960's Coffee set.
Portmeirion's Story began in 1960 with Founder, Susan William-Ellis and husband, opened their doors to Portmeirion potteries in Stoke on Trent. Susan's futuristic designs put Portmeirion on the map, they were innovative and ahead of their time. The Factory is still in existence today!!
In Generally excellent condition except for a grazing to the spout, a tiny splinter of the inner lid rim and base of coffee pot as per pics.
No Cracks apart from hairline cracks consistent with age, yet can be lightened with a solution of one cup bleach to 10L of warm water left overnight. ( works like a charm).
The Pot measures an impressive 33 cm tall incl lid.
