It's not stamped for silver, but it looks a lot like silver to me. Different to the white metal and chromed versions I've had in the past. So possibly a silver officer's badge.

Postage to Europe via Aramex is R600 (I don't use DHL anymore as they were getting too greedy with their pricing)
