Group I: All values were apparently available some time in 1914, but they
were only used by post offices after stocks of the corresponding values
of the Transvaal postage dues, which were currently being used, had been
exhausted. Most offices never had the 1/- at all, which accounts for it
being much scarcer than the other values.
This set is fine with a perfect 1/- .
