Cover bearing COGH 1d(Hope Standing) tied by a strike of the scarce number 8

in diamond numeral of DOUGLAS, with a very fine proving strike

of Douglas CDS dated 20 Oct 1901, and a good triangular strike in violet

of "PASSED/PRESS/CENSOR addressed to Sea Point with arrival Cds.

There is a closed tear in the back flap. Way above average
