Please see Pics. This seems to be a postcard issued in France with portaits on of the three Boer Generals that visited Europe after the Anglo Boer War. I found this info on the net "After the war De la Rey travelled to Europe with Louis Botha and Christiaan de Wet to raise funds for the impoverished Boers whose farms had been devastated."
