Power Management IC, Off Line Switcher 6A, 265 VAC, TO-220-6Product OverviewThe TOP244YN is a TOPSwitch-GX EcoSmart integrated off line switcher in 6 pinTO-220 package. TOPSwitch-GX uses same proven topology as TOPSwitch byintegrating high voltage power MOSFET, PWM control, fault protection and othercontrol circuitry onto a single CMOS chip. Many new functions are integrated toreduce system cost, improve design flexibility, high performance and energyefficient. The TOP244YN features soft start, frequency jittering for lower EMI,wider DCMAX, hysteretic thermal shutdown and larger creepage packages.
