This UPS is physically in great condition and is in working order but please note that the batteries are basically finished. It requires 2x 12v batteries, you will need new ones for it to be of use, the current batteries might last a few seconds at best.
It also has a modification which I made to it, namely a small toggle switch on the back that can be used to enable or disable the beeper.
