PRODUCT USES:
- For all roof types/structures including:
- Fibre cement roof sheets
- Cement roof tiles
- Chromadek
- Zinc Alum and AluZinc
- Exterior trims such as facias, gutters, window sills and cement garden pots
APPLICATION:
- Always Mix POWR Rubber Seal well before use.
- Make sure all substrates are completely clean, sound, dry, and free from any laitance (a white film that forms on the surface of drying concrete), fungus, grease, oil, or loose and flaking particles.
- Do not dilute POWR Rubber Seal (application ready)
- Apply two coats by brush or roller
- A third coat is recommended for coastal areas.
- Determined by the condition, allow approximately an hour drying time between coats.
- Touch dry time is approximately 2 hours in hot dry conditions (25°C)

POWR WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE APPLICATION:
- Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal.
- Press membrane into wet POWR Rubber Seal surface.
- Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal over the membrane until covered and allow to dry for 90 minutes
- Apply a final coat of POWR Rubber Seal over coated surfaces.
