PRODUCT USES:
For all roof types/structures including:  Fibre cement roof sheets & roof tiles, Chromadek, Zinc Alum & AluZinc, Exterior trims - facias, gutters, window sills & cement garden pots

APPLICATION:
Mix well before use. Make sure all substrates are completely clean, sound, dry, & free from any laitance (a white film that forms on the surface of drying concrete), fungus, grease, oil, or loose & flaking particles.  Do not dilute - application ready.  Apply two coats by brush or roller. A third coat is recommended for coastal areas.
Determined by the condition, allow approximately an hour drying time between coats.  Touch dry time is approximately 2 hours in hot dry conditions (25°C)
