Features:

- Can be washed off with water before it dries and this facilitates the rectification of application errors or messy jobs.
- Paintable and mildew resistant.
- Available in cartridges, tubes and buckets.
- Low VOC
Suggested Uses:
- Repairs cracks in house walls - allow to dry and paint over.
- Use as a sealant around a bathtub.
- Use as a tile adhesive.
- Use to stick polystyrene insulation to underside of factory I.B.R roof.
- Tack weld and then seal metal parts with Flexiseal instead of seal welding.
- Seal leaking I.B.R. roof or roof bolts.
- Seal leaking gutters.
- Use in concrete expansion joints.
- Seals window frames or glazing.
- Seals joints in prefabricated houses and paint over.
- Seals around electrical wires where they pass through grommet holes.
- Patch up nail holes in walls and many more.
