This is Pre 1917 Russian revolution. It has the Imperial Eagle on the back. The rest is all in Russian so I can quite work out the maker. Makers name also very faint. Please have a look at all the pictures. It is metal and very unique. I have not seen any other one like this in metal. Just some bronzes that are similar.
