Softcover first published 2009 by Double Storey Books. The wraps are mildly worn and rubbed in places, and the front top corner has a 4cm crease to it. Both corners of the rear wrap are also lightly creased. All pages are otherwise clean and unmarked, with the exception of the title page, that is dedicated to a previous owner and signed by both authors and Cyril Ramaphosa, who wrote the foreword to this book.
