with garlands of flower and very fine detail in the dresses and hair

surrounded by faux pearls

set in a gilt metal frame

can be worn as a pendant or brooch

has a little age related wear on a few of the pearls and the gilt at the back but no cracks on the cameo

measures 39 mm x 33 mm
