Pretty Sterling Silver and Marcasite and Blue Topaz Ring

Lovely  , sterling silver ring set with one  4.00 mm round  cut blue topa  sourrounded by 8 pieces of round 2.00 mm cut blue topas and small round marcasite.  The top of the ring measures 13.00  mm round .
