Cannot get hold of "insync" trying since the 10th of may. No response.Left cellphone and email messages. still no response!

Not very timeous at all. The scanner was clearly advertised to be able of 100 to 800 DPI. After recieving, I found it to be capable of only half ie. 400 dpi max. Nice person though. "Hey get your brother off your name. He's messing up bad."
