Prime Minister B.J. Vorster Presentation Engraved Brass Jug. Shiny condition. Heavy. 1450 g.

This ornate engraved solid amd shiny brass jug was presented by Prime Minister B.J. Vorster in 1971.   Heavy at 1.45 kilogrammes ( 1450 grammes ). 20 cm high,  20 cm wide including ornate handle.

The hand engraved inscription reads "Prime Minister B.J. Vorster. Awarded to Dmitri Vervits. Body Builder to stage Mr. Universe. Arnold Schwarzenegger to pose for the Sport Festival 1971 South Africa". Solid high quality brass, probably silver plated in the past and could easily be replated if you bought a bottle of silver plate solution at any jeweller supply store.
