This is a displayed-condition, absolutely gorgeous and very collectible Prince Ryan doll (friend of little Shelly), and is made by Mattel. Ryan is dressed in his original attire, including his boots. He has brown hair, blue eyes, thick eyebrows and a pale skin - absolutely stunning. This specific version of the Shelly/Kelly/Chelsea doll is now discontinued and considered to be collectible.
