Hardcover published 1957 by Eric Pringle of Glen Thorn, Adelaide, Cape Province, no jacket. The boards are clean and square, with some wear to edges and minor scuffing to the faces. A Grocott & Sherry lable is pasted to the inside front board, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Loose in the book are two original photographs with inscriptions on the reverse, of the Blakelaw homestead. The fold-out map of Pringle farmsteads in 1820 at the rear of the book is present and intact. This is copy number 321 of a limited edition of 1000 copies.
