Prison Break Season 4 ended with a coda that flashes forward four years to the team meeting to mark the anniversary of Michaels death Two additional episodes, titled The Old ball & Chain and Free were also produced and later transformed into a standalone feature titled Prison Break: The Final Break. The movie covers the events which occurred in between the downfall of The Company, and the revelation of Michael Scofields death, which were skipped through in the Finale of the series. It details the arrest and incarceration of Sara Tancredi for the murder of Christina Scofield, the final escape plan which Michael devises for Sara, and the details surrounding Michaels death. The ultimate fate of the other characters from the Series is also revealed - Gretchen Morgan, Jonathan Krantz & Theodore Bagwell.
