Privy Council Reports by Jerold Leonard Taitz

This collection brings together, for the first time, previously inaccessible judgments of the Privy Council, which was the final Court of Appeal for South Africa until 1950.   Contents include the Roman-Dutch Appeal Decisions of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (1833 - 1950) emanating from the Union of South Africa and the pre-Union Superior Courts.  Also included is a digest of all Roman-Dutch law civil appeals from those parts of the British Empire and British Colonies in which Roman Dutch law was practised, as well as a digest of all other appeals.
