5th April 2007. Pipes received - beginning March. Could not get bag sealed, so had to take to professional piper. He bought a second hand leather bag and re-assembled. Apparently pipes are now working, but have not received them back yet, so can't confirm. DVD sent was so badly scratched that it only plays to lesson 8.
