A PG/VG Ratio of 50/50 is recommended to start with but depends on your device type. Subohm vapers will normally use 40/60 PG/VG or 30/70 depending on the amount of vapor clouds and taste preferred. More PG will ensure more flavor since it transports the flavor better than VG.
