Supashape¿s HIGH PROTEIN PUDDING is a low fat, sugar free instant pudding for a perfect anytime "healthy" treat or snack!
RECOMMENDED USAGE
¿ Pour contents of sachet into tub supplied or suitable dish
¿ Add 150ml of ice cold water or fat free milk to the tub (amount of liquid can be adjusted to meet individual consistency and texture preference)
¿ Thoroughly blend using a fork or spoon for 30-60 seconds to a smooth, creamy consistency. Enjoy!
¿ OPTIONAL: Place in a refrigerator to allow pudding to set to a thicker consistency if so desired.
