Proxxon Milling/Drilling machine for small scale manufacture

These systems are part of the Proxxon Microdot equipment range and are quality German systems. Spare parts are available from a local agent as well as other modules for building a quality  machine shop for a small business.

The parts on sale are a BFB2000 together with a BFW36 speed controlled motor. The motor is powered via a transformer which is included (not shown) in the sale.

The BFB2000 has a vernier Z axis that moves 1 millimeter for each full turn of the vernier screw, enabling a milling machine to be implemented. By adding a Microdot KTK150 X-Y table to the base of the stand, a three axis milling machine with speed control can be implemented. The Z axis vernier can be disengaged with a switch and then a drill press is effected.

Part of the BFB2000 supplied are brand new as it was bought to provide parts for some other systems we use in production while waiting for spare parts to arrive.

Using these systems we have manufactured approx 500 radar systems that we supply to worldwide clients.
