If your Sony PS2 Slimline has the following problems then you need to replace the Laser Lens:
System shows a message "Disc Read Errors" or disc appears damaged or dirty on the screen.
System loads games or movies longer than normal.
System reads games or movies and seems to be freeze or skipped. Disc does not spin.

Compatible With:
PVR-802W laser lens is compatible with PS2 system model: SCPH 7xxxx and 9xxxx models. Can replace all current Slim PS2 systems that has PVR-802W, KHS-430 Lasers.
Please note:
Make sure your PS2 laser is the same as the pic above (push eject button on PS2 so lid can lift open and have look).
If you do not know how to desolder Anti-static point, ask and I will do it for you.
