ENSURE CONSOLE HAS BEEN UPDATED TO FIRMWARE 3.41 - DO NOT UPDATE TO FIRMWARE 3.42 THIS WILL BLOCK THE USAGE OF PS3 BREAK.
1.Plug into USB PORT on Console
2.Unplug any other USB Devices that may be attached.
3.Eject any Discs and then Unplug PS3, or Switch of main power supply.
4.Switch on console and immediately Press Eject Button.
5.Dongle light will flash then stay on - indicating successfully activation.
6. Plug in A USB Storage Device with Backup manger file (manager.pkg) in root directory.
7. Go to Install Packages which will appear under games and select install packages.  Manaker.pkg will show up, and select to install. You will only have to do this the first time, thereafter backup manager will remain available every other time you use ps3 break on your console.

8. You're now ready to make backups of YOUR ORIGINALS onto either an external (fat32 formatted) or the internal ps3 hard drive.

9. To play a backup, insert any original disc into the ps3 drive and select a game from backup manager.
