One was my own machine that had the YLOD. Forums recommended changing the fan,
so purchased a second console. This machine also would start and have the YLOD. So used that machine fan, but the existing fan worked.
So the logic was flawed.
Both HDD removed. one consoles HDD cover missing, the screws that hold the cover are also missing on both.
I have learned over time its the cooling, as my unit was in a cupboard, needs to be in an open area, so the solder loosens and does not hold
the chips in place. So have been lying in cupboard. I do not have time now nor the equipment, moved onto a ps4
