With the kiosk PS4, you can still play retail disc-based games, and you can modify most settings in "Staff Mode". Though you cannot launch games from Staff Mode or connect to PSN, you must reboot, and launch your disc from with the OMSK interface without Staff mode activated.
The console is mechanically 100% functional with a 500G hard drive. Console had a jailbreak but unfortunately has been updated to latest Sony firmware 9.03 and comes with x1 Game FIFA 18. This is just the console with no cables or control intended for a future Jailbreak with a 9.03 future exploit recommended for advanced PS4 users.
