To Identify if you have a Dualshock 4 V2 controller :
1) The light bar is visible on the top edge of the touchpad
2) Code started with "ZCT2", such as ZCT2U, ZCT2N, ZCT2J, etc.

Installation : Please note you will need a Phillips 00 to remove the 5 x screws in order to install the faceplate - See bottom of this page for a cheap screwdriver
