PLEASE NOTE & TERMS OF SERVICE
Upfront Payment & Diagnostic Fee: This is a flat-rate repair service and payment is made upfront. If the console arrives and is found to have a separate fault that prevents the HDMI repair from resolving the issue, or if the repair cannot reasonably be completed, the repair payment will be refunded less a R150 diagnostic fee. Applicable courier costs may also be deducted where these costs have already been incurred.
Motherboard & Trace Damage: This flat rate applies to a standard HDMI port replacement. If the motherboard has damaged pads, ripped traces, or damage caused by a previous repair attempt, additional repair work may be required. We'll inspect the console and provide a quotation before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
Other Display or Motherboard Faults: An HDMI port replacement will not resolve faults unrelated to the port itself. If testing reveals an additional fault, we'll explain what we've found and provide a quotation if further repair is possible.
Pre-Existing Condition: Incoming consoles are inspected and documented upon arrival to record any visible pre-existing cosmetic or physical damage before work begins.

Courier collection: Once payment is confirmed, we'll arrange collection and provide the necessary shipping details.

Package the console securely: Pack the console in a sturdy box with suitable protective packaging. The console only is required unless we ask for anything else.

Repair & Test: We'll inspect, repair and test the console.

Return: Once the repair is complete, we'll arrange for the console to be returned to you.
TURNAROUND TIME
Most standard HDMI port repairs are completed within 3 business days after the console reaches our repair bench. More complex faults or additional repairs may take longer, and we'll keep you updated.
