Pseudoselago spuria, synonymously known as Selago dentata, Selago fulvomaculata, Selago heterophylla, Selago pallida or Selago spuria and commonly known as Bergaarbossie in Afrikaans and Powderpuff in English, is a South African endemic perennial from the Western Cape Province. It is a sparsely-hairy plant with sturdy stems. Leaves narrow, lance-shaped, toothed towards tip, massed below and tapering in size up the stem. Clusters of small, funnel-shaped white or lilac flowers grouped at tops of stems.
