Production on out of stock items may take between 10 to 14 working days to manufacture, there might be delays caused due to fabrics not always being available immediately, any additional delays will be communicated from our sales team throughout the production phase. Delivery date will also be arranged once the items are ready. These dates will be determined according to the drivers schedules and soonest availability. The same ruled will apply for "Pick Up" Customers.
Fabrics and colors are allowed to be changed when placing the order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the color and fabric is agreed on with the sales person should it differ from the original order.
Customers are responsible for the loading of their own items when pick up is arranged, any damages that may occur during loading and transportation will be the customers responsibility. Repair quotes may be administered for the customer (if requested) in this situation, at the customers' expense. The seller nor any person involved other than the buyer will not be help responsible for any damages caused during loading and transportation of goods. Its the customers responsibility to inspect items prior to loading from our factory or showroom.
All products do come with a 12 month factory warranty (T&C apply), the factory is happy to assist with any frame work problems or stitching of the material that might come loose due to poor manufacturing. Please do take note that the seller will not be responsible for any transportation costs as its not covered in the warranty. The seller can also assist with transportation arrangements, however a collection and delivery fee will apply, these fees might vary from initial fee when the items was purchased, this will depend on the outsourced company and market related fares.
During festive season (15 December - 15 January) factories are normally closed, this will affect your delivery date, kindly check with us on availability of items should there be an urgent requirement. Alternatively the item(s) can be arranged according to the factory's schedule (will be communicated).
