THE DAMASCUS BLADE STORY

Puma has joined forces with a famous Japanese maker of Damascus steel to create a brand new series of folders. These Damascus blades use 78 individual sheets of steel that are heated red hot then twisted, pounded and hammered together in the ancient tradition of the Japanese Samurai Swords. These beautiful knives are made in Asia to the exacting standards as 100% German made Puma knives and under the direction of Puma engineers and quality control staff. In addition, each Puma IP knife carries the same famous Puma guarantee that has been offered for almost 250 years. The blades have a Rockwell of 60 so they can be easily resharpened.
