Purchase a New Year Holiday Week at Dikhololo Annually Starting 27 December 2024

Two one-bedroom 4-sleeper refurbished studio units situated opposite each other at the wonderful Dikhololo resort. The allocated annual week is based on the Gauteng school holidays so it will always fall in the same week of the school calendar that usually includes New Year, but may sometimes include Christmas.

Dikhololo is a wildlife reserve in South Africa's North West Province, 35 kilometers outside of Brits.

The annual levy is a very reasonable R5 109 p.a. per unit. Transfer cost will be borne by the seller who has owned these units happily for many years, but has now emigrated.

The resort is managed by the Beekman Group -  and is associated with iExchange so that owners are able to exchange their annual weeks for different resorts in South Africa and around the globe.
