Specifications:
Input Voltage: DC18-90V
Output Voltage: DC2-60V
Adjustable Output Current: 0-25A
Maximum Power: 800W
Battery Charging Function: Fully automated lithium battery charging with over-charge protection
Automatic Temperature Control: Built-in cooling fan for effective heat dissipation
Standby Power Consumption: Approx. 0.9W during the day, 0W at night
Protection Features: Anti-reverse current design for direct battery charging

Features:
1. Supports a wide voltage input range of 18-90V, compatible with a variety of solar panels for flexibility and efficiency.
2. Supports adaptive 5W-800W photovoltaic panels to meet power requirements in various scenarios.
3. Output backflow protection and built-in high-current ideal diode function allow direct battery charging.
4. Standby power consumption is approximately 0.9W during the day, and zero power consumption at night with automatic backflow protection.
5. Supports DC-DC regulated power output and can directly power a load.

Debugging Instructions:
1. First connect the 16V-80V photovoltaic panel input (overvoltage input is prohibited, and pay attention to the positive and negative polarity). The power indicator will illuminate when the connection is correct. If the output indicator lights up, skip to step 3.
2. If the power indicator lights up after the input is connected but there is no output voltage, adjust the MPPT potentiometer counterclockwise until voltage is output and the output indicator lights up.
3. For 12V batteries, adjust the output to 14.2V; for 24V batteries, adjust the output to 28.4V; for 48V batteries, adjust the output to 56V.
4. Connect the battery and test the input voltage with a multimeter. Adjust the MPPT potentiometer so that the input voltage equals the maximum power points voltage (also known as the operating voltage) of the PV panel.
For 18V PV panels, the open-circuit voltage of a single string is approximately 21V; for 18V or 36V PV panels, the open-circuit voltage of a single string is approximately 43V; for 36V or 43V PV panels, the open-circuit voltage of a single string is approximately 49V, and the operating voltage is 43V.

Notes:
1. This DC power module is a step-down controller. Considering the voltage drop in the photovoltaic panel wiring and the low panel voltage on rainy days, the open-circuit voltage of the photovoltaic panel charging a 12V battery must be higher than the 18V input. For example, if two 18V photovoltaic panels are connected in series, an 18V-72V battery can be charged at 12V, and a 42V-80V battery can be charged at 24V.
2. Different photovoltaic panel specifications vary. Please refer to the factory default parameter settings on the back of the photovoltaic panel:
Output voltage is set to 14.2V, output current is set to 20A, adjustable range: 1-20A, and MPPT voltage is set to 17V.
