Purple Sweet Pepper Seeds ~ Capsicum Tequila Seeds - Vegetables

The most notable feature of Tequila is its extraordinary display of colours, the likes of which are rarely seen in the pepper world. At the unripe stage the fruit are a spectacular lavender colour with contrasting delicate ivory coloured flesh. As they mature, they go through a neon light colour show of violets, oranges and yellows before arriving at a deep mature red.

The flavour is mild when the fruit are lavender, though they take on a more pronounced sweet taste in the red stage.

They measure about 8cm by 10 to 12cm and are produced on early maturing, medium sized plants that can be grown in containers as well as the soil.
