When choosing an item look carefully at the photos, If an item is second hand there may be some signs of wear, on knitwear there may be some piling, if there are any imperfections we will try to show this in the photos. The colour of the item may slightly vary from the photo due to lighting and monitor variations. If you are uncertain about anything at all do not hesitate to ask before you order.

If you are buying multiple items and you would like us to post them together to save on postage, just e mail your request and we will be happy to help. We willnot post your item until we have received your payment. We aim to post items twice a week usually on Wednesday and Saturday but this may vary. Once posted we will give you a Post Office tracking number, from the day of postage it may take 7 – 10 more days to deliver to you, depending on Post Office service.

If you have any problems with an item please contact us straight away rather than leave a negative rating, please give us the chance to rectify the problem first.

All items can be collected from us here in Parklands Cape Town, just proceed with order and eft payment as usual send us a message and arrange directly with us when you want to collect.
