The figure has been displayed, but is in good condition.
The only flaws I can see are (1) the small right wing at the back is glued in place because it was starting to break, and (2) the tip of her pen broke off at one point and has been superglued back in place. The damage is only visible from close up. I'll package the figure carefully, but if the pen tip breaks off during shipping, then please just glue it back (it's not hard to do).
As far as I can tell, everything else looks great. However, please judge the overall condition from the pics.
The figure is about 11 cms in its sitting position.
