This PWM signal converter module can convert the 0-5V or 0-10V analogs input voltage to a 0-100% PWM signal. The PWM signal frequency ranges from 2KHZ to 20KHZ with a maximum of 20KHZ. The default function is to convert a 0-10V to a 0-100% PWM signal at 2KHZ. Wide applications, suitable for the PWM motor velocity control interface circuit, instrumental AD interface conversion, other signal processing interfaces are used to convert voltages to PWM signals.
Features:ᅡᅠ 1. Convert the 0-5V or 0-10V analogs input voltage to a 0-100% PWM signal. The PWM signal frequency ranges from 2KHZ to 20KHZ with a maximum of 20KHZ. The default function is to convert a 0-10V to a 0-100% PWM signal at 2KHZ.ᅡᅠ 2. The PWM signal can be output in a positive or inverse relationship with voltage. (i.e. choose between positive phase output or inverted phase output)ᅡᅠ 3. There are two types of PWM signals for you to adjust, they are the PNP-PWM output and the NPN-PWM output. The PNP-PWM output can only be at the 5V level, while the NPN-PWM output can be at the 5V or 24V level. The NPN-PWM output supports both common cathode and common anode connections and is available at 5V and 24V levels. ¬タヒWhen outputting the 24V level, the power supply needs to be 24V. PNP-PWM output, the level can only be 5V. It can only be wired in a common cathode and connected to an MCU, etc.ᅡᅠ 4. The output PWM signal frequency is adjustable from 2KHZ to 20KHZ through the potentiometer, and the default frequency is 2KHZ.ᅡᅠ 5. The module has an input power supplys of 7-30V and a current of more than 200MA is sufficient.The recommended power supply is 15-30VDC. 24VDC is required for PWM signals with 24V level output..ᅡᅠ 6. The external potentiometer interface is retained. The PWM output can be set by accessing the potentiometer, and the external potentiometer needs to be customized for adjustment.ᅡᅠ 7.
