The is an entry level Pylontech. Pylontech provides a maximum 5-year warranty non-extendable.

Constant power draw is only 2.4kW Power. This is NOT a 5kW battery. There is a firmware update which can push the power from 2.4kW to 4kW power. This must be done by the customer. We don't do firmware updates.
