QSA/KSA Boer War Medals - Major T.G. Barclay Rl.IR.FUS.

QSA and KSA awarded to Major T.G. Barclay  2/Royal Irish Fusiliers ( Princess Victoria's) . The medals are engraved the same as issued in the slanting style .The QSA has 5 clasps as Cape Colony , Tugela Heights , Orange Free State , Relief of Ladysmith , Transvaal.The KSA has 2 clasps South Africa 1901 and South Africa 1902 .

The Major was granted the honourary rank of Lieutenant - Colonel (The london Gazetee dated 14th march 1903.) Both medals in good condition . The QSA suspender and bars were replaced , the edge is a bit knocked but it doesnt appear to be renamed , but I am selling it as such . A copy of both medal rolls and a copy of the  London Gazette accompany the medals. Please check the photos given before you bid .
