PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that these products are shipped only, they come semi knocked down in their crates/boxes. This means that they will take between 20 minutes and 2 hours to assemble depending on the model purchased. We will assist telephonically as much as possible where necessary, but ultimately if you do not know what to do, please get somebody with knowledge of these products to assist. As with all mechanical products, they need servicing and maintenance. The warranties offered cover the engine only and against factory defects only. Non maintenance and/or misuse/abuse of the product will not be covered under warranty. Where necessary, spare parts can be purchased from us, the cost involved will be for the buyers account. As a parent/guardian, it is your sole responsibility that the user of this product does so in a safe and responsible manner. We will not entertain any claims against loss or injury once the product has left our premises. If you struggle with anything, please contact us first as 99% of issues can be resolved amicably. Unfortunately we do not ship to any destination outside of South Africa. In the event of a fault arising; the product needs to be returned to us. We will then do a thorough test and inspection of the product. Our policy is to first repair the problem as specified under warranty. If we can't repair, we will replace the part. Unfortunately we do not do refunds on any product once it has left our premises.
