Horse Harnass and Padded Bridle Headpiece

On offer this fabulous and certainly one of a kind Find!!! A Queen Victoria Jubilee 1837 - 1887 Leather Horse Harnass for a horse trap, bought from a deceased estate, presumably used during Queen Victoria's celebrations as the lot includes the Queen Victoria Jubilee Horse brass. The leather is padded, in good condition (apart from one strap which has a break, detailed in the photos below). The padded section that goes on the horse's back with beautiful brass ornamentation and interesting brass pieces on the Bridle Headpiece as well as other straps. It comes with a coir and leather nose bag and a strap with chains on it. I am not a fundi with horse traps, it looks like it is complete to me but I have taken extensive photos so the buyer will see what he is getting. Combined weight (excluding packaging): 10.2kg
