Maintenance and usage tips
We recommend washing by hand for optimal preservation of the non-stick coating.
A non-stick coating must be treated with some care to enjoy it for a long time. This preferably means not using scratchy objects such as knives, metal spatulas, or scouring pads.
If after a while a deposit does form, it can be removed by using some acid. Just boil a little vinegar in the pan and your pan will quickly recover.
Avoid exposing the Cookware set to excessive temperature changes. So do not take the pan off the fire to put it under the cold tap right away. This prevents tension in the pan and thus minor damage.
