THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE OPTION TO BUY THE QUICKBOOKS SIMPLE START ACCOUNTING PACKAGE AT THE BID PRICE. BY BIDDING ON THIS OPTION YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

NO CASH OR GOODS WILL CHANGE HANDS UNTIL THE OPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MET. SHOULD THE RESULT OF THE OPTION BE UNSUCCESSFUL THE OPTION SHALL BE CANCLED AND NO RESIDUAL LEGAL OBLIGATION SHALL EXIST BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

Those terms and conditions are:

1. The option is to purchase the Quickbooks Simple Start accounting package at the bid price;
2. The option can be withdrawn by either the prospective buyer or seller up to the point where the option is exercised and an agreement of sale is entered into; and
3. The successful completion of the option is based upon the success of a combination of options and as determined by the seller.

This offer can be made due to the purchase of a software bundle by the seller. These items generally can not be offered for sale separately due to this bundling. To overcome this the seller is offering to sell the individual software packages separately only if all (or a sufficient number) of the packages in the bundle are sold at a sufficient combined price.
