Quilter's Flexible Curve - 50mm long

A flexible curve for marking repeated curved shapes across a quilt surface, such as swags, feathers, etc... Shape the curve as desired, then lift and place where desired, using quilt marking tool of your choice to trace the design onto the fabric. Curve will hold its shape for repeat use so that you can duplicate curves easily. Reshape the curve as and when required. This is a good tool for copying curved quilting lines from a printed pattern. Excellent tool for duplicating spines of feathers to be quilted on blocks or borders.

Marked 1cm thru 50cm on one side (marked to the mm).

Applique

  • Make curved appliques with graceful lines easily with perfect placement.
  • Lay down random or measured curved lines for sequins, beading, peals, ribbon or any other trim.
  • Duplicate curves when designing cutwork.

Pattern and Dressmaking

  • Use as a design tool for creating armholes and necklines.
  • Copy the sleeve cap of your favourite pattern easily when combining patterns.
  • Add design lines to a pattern.
  • Change a straight line to a curved one.
  • Add features such as scallops or waves to a front button placket, hem or pocket.

Home Decorating

  • Form the perfect rounded edge for a cushion cover or placemat, etc... and then duplicate it easily.
