Please read these conditions before bidding.
Description: While I do my very best to correctly research and describe the items, especially where antique or vintage items are concerned, I am only human so please regard the photographs as the definitive description and do your own research. If you are unsure about the item, please feel free to contact me via the BobShop platform to answer any questions before bidding, or ask for extra photographs.
Bidding and Payment: Please do not bid on an item unless you intend to complete the transaction, to avoid an SNC being filed. Please make payment within 24 hours of the item closing, unless by prior arrangement with me.
Shipping Cost and combined shipping: This is quoted according to the size/weight of the item, but if more than one purchase has been made and the Buyer wants to combine them, then please contact me first before making payment so that I can supply an updated shipping quote (which might be less or more). Where multiple orders are combined on promotional days, such as Crazy Wednesdays, the shipping total might sometimes be slightly higher if the size/weight of the parcel exceeds a certain limit. The Seller will be informed of the additional charge before shipping, if any (it will generally be between R15 and R30 more).
Shipping: I cannot be held accountable for the item en-route, but will help where I can. If you do not collect/accept the item/s on delivery and they are returned to me, then you will be responsible to pay the second shipping cost. I will be available on the BobShop platform to arrange re-delivery. If this is not done within 30 calendar days of the date of the Buyer is notified via BobShop, the item will be relisted.
Collections: Where an item is listed as Collection Only, the Buyer must please collect within seven calendar days of the date of payment. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller has limited storage space and the onus is upon them to make collection arrangements. Failure to collect within the time period, and without prior acceptable arrangements to the contrary, will lead to the sale being cancelled and the item being relisted.
Overseas Buyers: I regret that I currently do not accept overseas sales.
