Ek het die pille bestel en het vanaf die eerste dag wat ek dit gedrink het opgehou rook. Ek het die eerste dag vroeg die oggend drie pille gedrink en het om en by eenuur die middag lus gekry vir rook, en toe by een van my mede werkers 'n sigaret gekry en gerook. Ek het toe weer drie pille gedrink, en nie weer gerook nie. Vanaf die tweede dag het ek vroeg in die oggend twee pille gedrink en dan weer om en by elfuur twee en dan weer in die middag drie uur twee pille. Ek het sedert die tweede dag nog glad nie weer gerook nie. Ek het by 'n vorige geleentheid toe ek probeer het om op te hou rook verskriklik buierig geraak. Hierdie keer het ek dit reggekry om op te hou en ek is glad nie buierig nie.

Received my package within 2 days. Stopped smoking on Monday and its been pretty easy. Lets hope it sticks!!! Would still like to know more about the formulation... Who actually developed and makes it? I do feel a bit wary about swallowing something I really know nothing about.... But it appears to be working........
