Commentary: Dr T.W. de Jongh’s 3rd issue is characterised by the watermark reverting back to the portrait of van Riebeeck in place of the Springbok.
Watermark: van Riebeeck
Grade: Unc (C/478) & Unc (C/479): Consequtive serial number prefixes pristine notes showing both the Afrikaans and English predomination.
