How it works

• Choose how many Bob Bucks vouchers you would like to purchase
• If payment is not made or verification documents not supplied within 7 days of the purchase, then the order will be cancelled.
• You cannot pay for Bob Bucks by using another Bob Bucks voucher or voucher balance
• Bob Bucks cannot be used to pay success fees, listing fees or enhancements
• The Bob Shop gift card will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue
• Bob Bucks are issued manually by a person at Bob Shop during normal working hours and could take up to 48 hours to be issued during the week. Gift cards purchased on weekends or public holidays, will be issued the following working day as soon as payment has been confirmed.
• If you're buying the Bob Bucks as a gift, it will be emailed to you and you can then send the gift card on to anyone you wish to spoil!
• If you're buying the gift card to top-up your Bob Bucks account to redeem against purchases, then it will be allocated to your voucher account.
• There is a no rating policy on gift card purchases.
